Should I tell the truth in my review?

You must make a choice: Keep quiet and start looking for another job, or lay it out and start looking for another job. Funny how both choices include one common term, huh? (Sorry if I seem cynical, but based on what you've said about your dissatisfaction with the company, I don't think you're going to find a job internally that will satisfy you.)

Reference: Should I tell the truth in my review?
This reminds me, getting a job is not much different than marketing. When you are selling a product, you have to advertise about it. Let people know what is the product about. What will they benefit from if they buy the product? And just like selling any product, it involves getting the trust of buyer. Earn their trust so that they are willing to invest money to buy your products (or services). Getting a job is not much different. First you have to make yourself well known, let other's know about what your qualities are. Tell other's about how well, using word of mouth, about your past experience / skills... etc. It's advertising, marketing, and proof. Proof isn't very hard really.
