It was Edmund's Birthday again last wednesday, it's not just any
birthday. It's the BIG man's 21th Birthday! Funny, I've never
forgotten his birthday before, except for this year. No, it's not that
I've forgotten his birth "date". Rather, it slipped my mind the date
of last wednesday. Really, there is no reason I should forget his
birthday, nor not wishing him another wonderful year of "LiFe". Since,
he came to this world just one week earlier than I do. Hee Hee Hee.
Somehow, many people thinks that 21th birthday is one of the biggest
events in a person's life. Hence, you see the "stupid" remark I gave
earlier. Say, who cares if you are 21 or not? who even cares if you
are 22? I think we tend to live in the urban myth that 21 is something
to celebrate about. Heck no, it's just another day to congratulate MOM
that her son/daughter is one year older. Not oneself.
