Someone who has work in a vocation or vacation or any other means (legally
of course), to acquired sufficient assets and investments (be it in
properties, business equities, quoted and unquoted shares, other investments
, inheritance, and others...) that is sufficient to generate a
regular income stream (factored in inflation rates) to pay for the costs
of his chosen life style and meet all his obligation, especially his
dependants, for the rest of his life.
