Flaws of HR departments

To anyone who sends their resume to an HR department: Do you really want to interview with people who behave this way?

To job hunters who don't want their current boss to know they're looking:
It's wake-up time. Do you know where your resume is? Is it in your boss's in-box?

To vendors of resume-processing software: Is this a bug or a feature of your software? Where do those automated rejection letters come from?

To CEOs: Does your HR department's mandate read, "Make our company appear inept in the eyes of the professional community from which we're trying to recruit"?

To boards of directors: Are your HR departments spending investors' money on junk-mail systems? How high-tech.
