You're welcome to be our guest at our next meeting to see for yourself how we help members improve their public speaking skills.
Our next meeting is at The Learning Center, Lot 2.01B, Level 2, Wisma Equity, 150 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur this coming Tuesday, 9th August 2005 at 7.00pm. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, 23rd August 2005 same time and place. We meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month (except public holidays).
The Money Mastery-Kuala Lumpur Toastmasters Club provides a mutually supportive and positive learning environment that enables members to develop effective public speaking and leadership skills.
Our organization is a member club of Toastmasters International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping men and women all around the world learn the arts of speaking, listening and thinking - vital skills that promote self-actualization, enhance leadership potential, foster human understanding, and contribute to the betterment of mankind.
Toastmasters International believes that people can only truly improve their public speaking skills by actually speaking in front of others regularly.
Our club provides a proactive and supportive atmosphere for members to speak before the club on a bi-monthly basis. By taking advantage of our ongoing speaking opportunities, you'll find that those shy and awkward feelings that are common with public speaking will begin to diminish much quicker than being coached by a high priced consultant!
If you like what you see and hear, we will start helping you realize your communications potential. Upon signing up, you will receive a training manual and be assigned to a mentor. Depending on your confidence level, you will be given the opportunity to give your first prepared speech soon.
You'll also receive the magazine "The Toastmaster" from Toastmasters International directly to the comfort of your home monthly. What's more, you'll get opportunities to compete in the annual Toastmasters International's International Speech, Humorous Speech, Evaluation and Table Topic Contests. You may be a world champion speaker someday!
